Qato

We're using this QATO thing and there is no published timestamp on questions and answers. This makes it difficult to determine how long a problem or solution has existed. Following up on a brand new question to indicate "the problem still exists" should be avoided for brand new questions but except for the "Latest activity" statistic on the right sidebar there is no way to determine if a question is new or not.

1. After that I changed my mail never more I don't received mails. I would like know the why.
